Project Overview
I executed on the implementation of a refreshed Deploy brand identity. The branding had to be bold and recognisable whilst also having the flexibility of working with other clubs brands.
As a teamwear supplier, Deploy's logo is always seen on different coloured jerseys so maintaining a brand identity with colours that aren't neutral is almost impossible, so I went for black and white instead.
As a part of this brand identity, I was also tasked with creating a new icon and an overall motto that connected with players, parents, coaches and clubs. Allas, "Greatness Inside" was born. Deploy's purpose is to help individuals, or sporting organisations realise their greatness within, by supplying quality products that allow them to perform at their best.













Final Outcome
By repositioning Deploy’s brand strategy to focus on storytelling, education and audience-first content, we created a stronger connection with both wholesale and retail customers. Simplifying the customer journey, improving the online experience, and streamlining internal workflows allowed the business to scale efficiently—freeing up resources to focus on marketing, product and long-term growth. These changes directly contributed to a noticeable uplift in sales, engagement and customer satisfaction.
